Many sellers of commodities require an LOI from the buyer, explaining what they want, with target price, the product specifications and some company information.
If you send an offer for any product, please send the procedures with it.
Whether you are buying or selling, be sure to tell us how close you are to the mandate or principal. This is very important. We can sometimes work with broker groups but have to know how easily you can get information to and from the mandate or principal.
